Road Trip 2013: Cornell BBQ Chicken

Wednesday, 9/11:

I'm a fan of the Cornell BBQ Chicken Marinade, so I made a batch a couple days ago and have been marinating the chicken for almost two days.  It is a very simple recipe using apple cider vinegar, vegetable oil, poultry seasoning, one egg, salt and pepper.   I cooked the chicken over charcoal.  We had green beans and mashed potatoes from Molly's garden.  It was a great meal!!



I have a day trip to the Bend area planned for Thursday....................
