185 miles and camped at Parc de Mer in Mont Louis, Quebec. We are at about the northern most point of our trip.
Today was beautiful traveling weather. It was chilly when we left Bas-Saint-Laurent, 46 degrees. The cloud cover broke and it turned into a sunny, but cool day.
The landscape gradually changed from rolling farmland and countryside to wooded hills, and finally, steep rock outcrops by the time we reached Mount Louis.
The campground was right on the Gulf of St. Lawrence, and it was extremely windy. The camper was buffeted all night by the high winds. Like most other campgrounds at this time of the year, it was nearly empty.

The four of us decided to eat out for dinner. There was only one restaurant in the fishing village of 1,100 people, so we took it. It was called "L'eau á la Bouche" and did we ever get lucky. We each had probably one of the ten best restaurant prepared meals we have ever had. Between us, we chose grilled scallops, fried cod, and broiled halibut. The fish was fresh, the presentation outstanding, and the desserts were to die for. It was an amazing meal.

Tomorrow morning we head for Percé.
